Before serving the Loan Officers of NEXA Mortgage, Mike has been recognized as a top Loan Originator with volume that places him within the Top 1% nationwide. the Phoenix Market. Prior to entering into the mortgage industry Mat was an accomplished and successful sales and business manager. He and his team were consistently recognized as top performers in their industry. As a leading consultant in the sales
industry he prides himself on delivering accurate and trustworthy advice to his clients. Mat has extensive knowledge of the local down payment assistance programs here in Phoenix, specifically, Maricopa Home in Five and the Home Plus conventional and FHA versions, as wells as FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, and JUMBO programs. |
